An often requested client favorite, you cannot go wrong with Chef Jenn’s Black Pepper Tofu. Chef Jenn firsts marinates the tofu in a salty brine that works wonders on its texture. Then it is tossed in delicious spices, then baked to perfection. It is then added to a heady sauce of ginger, pepper, thyme, fresh lemon and freshly ground black pepper. Served with Chef Jenn’s Rice and Peas.
