We weren’t always vegan, dahlings. DaJen Eats was always about great food and cooking techniques, but we found we weren’t living in alignment with the compassion we felt.
We made our vegan transition in January 2015 and we’ve never been happier. Our one regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. Still, what’s done in the past can’t be undone, but we can choose to live compassionately going forward.
